Gilles Peterson celebrates International Jazz Day with iconic trumpeter Eddie Henderson. As well as releasing some of the definitive fusion records of the 1970s and beyond, Eddie’s extraordinary career has seen him become a pioneering figure skater, as well as a medical practitioner.

He divulges stories about his greatest influences, including collaborators and bandmates Art Blakey and Herbie Hancock, his father who made records with Frank Sinatra, and talks about the greatest horn players of all time.
